Introducing   Pizza  Romana - It features uneven rustic surface that is cooked straight on the brick. The crust is light and pillowy as well as airy. It is higher in protein, lower in gluten, and lower in calories as compared to traditional pizza dough.  It is available in one size only,  12" oval shape. It is absolutely delicious - we all fell in love with it from the very first bite. And, we believe no one in the immediate area offers a Romana Crust. Try one with any of your favorite toppings or as one of our specialty piazzas!
